To make your listings look their best and ensure fast uploads, here are our photo recommendations:

Best ratio: Use a 1:1 (square) aspect ratio. This displays perfectly on our site and in search results.
File size limit: Keep each image below 10MB for smoother, quicker uploads.
Number of photos: We recommend adding at least 3 images of your item. Multiple angles give buyers more confidence and help your listing stand out.

Tips for Great Photos

Take pictures in good lighting — natural light works best.
Include close-up shots to show details and condition.
Photograph different angles (front, back, side, and any key features).
If selling used gear, capture signs of wear honestly — trust builds sales.

📹 Video Uploads

You can upload videos! 🎉 However, at this time we’ve limited the size to 10MB to keep uploads fast, smooth, and reliable. If your file is larger, no worries — it just needs a quick trim or compression before uploading.

How to Shrink Video File Size on Samsung (Android)

Open the Gallery app and select the video.
Tap Edit ✏️.
Use Crop/Trim to shorten the clip.
In the editor, tap the three dots (⋮) at the top right corner. Select Size and format.
Choose a smaller resolution/size (for example, change from “Original” to “Medium” or “Small”).
